Everytime we go to the store or shopping mall, we always looking forward for a good customer service. Mike dont have patience especially if the cashier or the staff are dont know what they are doing. It makes him frustrated. Me? i dont have any problem with it, i understand when it happens but if the cashier or staff is not doing their job well then of course we complained about that matter. So far, we experience good customer service in the store or anywhere. How about you? what is your experience at customer service? Take this survey if you are interested :-)
