Customer Service or Customer No Service - Part 3


Customer service is really important. Having a bad customer service is not a good thing because many customers are expecting a good customer service in every aspect of business. Customer is always right, so customer service need to do their best to attract customer and let customer come back to the store and have a good impression at the store or company they been to. Just like at best buy, they really treat their customer really good, even you are just looking around, they are right by your side and ready to help you of what you need, they ask you "can i help you mom or sir?" and its really nice be treated that well right?
