PR 2 in my kids memories blog!

I check the page rank lately in all of my blogs and I was very surprised when I saw page rank 2 in my “Kids Memories" blog. This blog is all about photography and parenting. I post all the latest photos of my kids. Since my “Kids Memories” has page rank, then I can start submit this to one of the blog advertising I am joining with, that way I can earn extra cash and I can send it to my family in the Philippines. Chasing opportunities...

Chasing opportunities in blog advertising is really hard nowadays. Unless you have a higher page rank then you can get more tasks. I only have few tasks this week and I’m still chasing opportunities. Waiting and wants for more! The money I am earning for these tasks is not for me. I gave it to my family in the Philippines as an additional to their weekly budget. That’s why I am trying my best to update and write interesting posts in all of my blogs. Hope to get my page rank back in both of my active blogs “BlogExploration” and “Femikey Journey” blog. I am still thankful that my “Femikey Designs” has page rank 2.

Brittany Murphy - died at the age of 32?

I was totally shocked when I open my internet explorer because the front page news of my MSN browser is about Brittany Murphy. She died at the age of 32; cardiac arrest is the reason of her death. She declared dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I feel sad on her; she’s one of my favorite actresses. She starred in Clueless, Uptown Girl, Happy Feet, Sin City, 8 mile and more. I also seen her at the movie, “Just married”. That’s one of my favorite movies of her. She’s the best actress, she had great smile and she’s cute! She looks young at the age of 32. She had great voice! She is very talented and I envy her a lot. Life is really full of surprises. We never know what will happen to us as an individual. Even how great, successful or unsuccessful, rich or poor we are. We are still going to that way – Death. So, as long we lived, we need to treasure the life we have and be happy! Always remember that God is there for us and we are looking forward for the hope that Jehovah God promised to us. Having everlasting life, live in a Paradise Earth and see our love ones in the hope of Resurrection.

4 Years Anniversary

December 19 is our 4th year Anniversary. Instead of going out for dinner, we decided to buy rib eye steak, king crabs and big jumbo shrimps. We cook it together. It was so romantic; I prepare the dinner table and put red table cloth in it, the flower that he gave me this morning is in the center of the table. The steak is perfectly cooked, same as the king crab and shrimps. It was very memorable. We have a feast that night. Wish to have many more years to come and those we can show love to one another each in every day.

Mayon Volcano - will erupt soon?

I lived here in Colorado USA but it doesn’t mean I am not aware on what’s happening in my own country Philippines. I just check the latest news update in the Philippines and I was very worried about all people in Albay. I just found out that Mayon Volcano will erupt soon. It said that the volume of lava streaming out of Mayon Volcano’s summit crater has increased. They evacuated more than 8,000 families in Albay area and more than a thousand families remained within the danger zones. This is not the first time that Mayon Volcano erupted. The recent major eruption was in 2006. It’s been 3 years since the volcano erupted. It has erupted 48 times claiming thousands of lives. I can’t imagine how active the Mayon Volcano is. I am just glad that my family is in Davao, but my brother-in-law has relatives in Bicol. I am sure if Bicol is close to Albay. Hopefully not! Luckiest day of Melai from PBB: Double Up

I never stop laughing when I watched the PBB: Double Up this morning. It’s about Melai having a romantic date with her favorite celebrity Jericho Rosales. The expression of Melai is really funny especially when she dates Tado. She thought that it’s Jericho who kissed her in her cheeks but she was very surprised to see Tado in front of her. She says that when she opens her eyes, she’s wondering why Jericho Rosales become skinny and has long hair? He he. She felt disappointed in not seeing Jericho personally but guess what? Big Brother is so good to her to grant her wish to meet her favorite celebrity actor Jericho Rosales. After the date with Tado, she told all her housemate about what happen and the surprised gift for Melai is not over yet because Jericho is personally come in into Big Brother’s house to pick up Melai. Big Brother also gave Melai a makeover and she is very pretty with her makeup and dress on! I think she’s the luckiest housemate in Pinoy Big Brother. She’s my favorite of all. Not only that she’s funny but also she is an interesting person. I like the team up of Melason. Hope to see them together in movie or in a show when PBB is over.

Microsft Office Word 2007

I’m having problem with my Microsoft Word because it won’t let me edit my post and also some of the features are not available. Every time I open the Microsoft Word it always asking for a product key and I don’t have the copy of the product key. I didn’t receive a CD that shows the product key of this software, since we bought this laptop. Well, maybe the trial version of Microsoft Office Home and Student software is already expired and I need to upgrade it. It cost about $99.99 to upgrade. So instead of buying the software, I asked for a trial product key and I’m glad they give me one. Right now, I am installing the trial version of Microsoft Office Word 2007. I can use it now and all the features become available. It will be expired this coming February 28, 2010. Hopefully we can purchase the software next year!

Page Rank

I’m so happy with my friend Janet. She got a page rank 1 and 3 to her two blogs: Women‘s Journey and Proud to be Filipino. She’s been blogging for a couple of months now and she’s improving a lot. Hopefully she can start earning extra money for her little ones. Having page rank is one of the advantage in getting more opportunities and reviews in the world of blog advertising. I’m wondering why I never had tasks anymore this couple of weeks now? I been chasing opportunities until now but maybe this is not my lucky day. Well, it’s okay at least I have couple of bucks to wait in one of the blog advertising I am joining with. It’s enough to send to my family in the Philippines, they can use it to buy new clothes for my niece and nephews and for them to wear this holiday season.

Thinking...

I have lot of things to think about this week. First, I need think about what to cook for our anniversary this coming Saturday. Six days more and its our 4th year anniversary. I want to make it sure that this celebration is memorable. I never finished my anniversary card yet hehe. I need to finished it not before Saturday. Tomorrow, Mike don’t have work and I have an appointment at the Immigration for Biometrics. Since they already approved my “Petition to remove condition”, I am able to get my 10 year green card and next year I can apply for my citizenship. I’m glad we have a closer Immigration here in Grand Junction for Biometrics. That way we don’t need to drive to Denver to get my Biometrics. Anyhow, I need to get ready all my requirements for tomorrow and hopefully the weather won’t be bad.

Lot of work...

I did a lot of work today. I shovel our drive way, clean the window, wipe all the blinds, clean the bathtub, sweep and wipe the floor, arrange all Dustin’s toys and do the laundry. Wow, it’s a lot of work huh? The shovel is the hard part. The snow outside is very thick, it’s about 6-7 inches. I came back in and out the house to check Dana. I came out 3 times. I finished it after lunch while Dana’s asleep. I’m happy of what I did; I think I did a good job. It was cold out but I enjoy shoveling our driveway. Right now I am just resting, sitting in front of my new laptop, updating my blogs and thinking what to write. My back is killing me right now, my both arms are sore. Well, that’s what happens if you do this kind of job. I just need pain killer right now hehe…

Touching scene of PBB: Double up

I was very sad of Rocky on Pinoy Big Brother. I saw it this morning and I was very touched of what he said to Big Brother. He wants to get out in Pinoy Big Brother house to be with his love ones especially his girlfriend Miss Eula Valdez. He did voluntary exit just to be with his girlfriend. It was a very touching scene! They make me cry! It’s really hard to be away to your love ones. Just like me, my family lives thousand miles away from me and I missed them so much. I just hope we can go back to the Philippines to visit my family next year.

I’m a pinky lover because I love Pink. Maybe you noticed at my new layout here, it’s pretty cool pink isn’t it? I love this layout, this is one of my favorite. I was thinking to give this as a give away but instead I give this blog a makeover. I still use the same background the animated bubbles. It takes me few minutes to install the new layout because last night I already make a test layout with these. All I do is to copy and paste the code and add all the sidebar code. Asus Laptop is the one I got from BestBuy. My husband bought it for me as an advance Anniversary gift. I am very happy to have my own laptop. That way I can talk with my family anytime especially at night. Mike loves to play his online EVE game at night, so I never had a chance to get online and talk with my family. There's a lot of advantages of having laptop. I can carry my laptop anywhere I want. I can bring it in the living room, kitchen or in the bedroom. My laptop has a built in camera and microphone, the camera is very clear and I like it! The keyboard is very soft that I can barely touch my finger. The connection is fast and it’s very light to carry. I have color black Asus - Laptop with Intel Pentium Processor. We got it for only $499.99 at BestBuy.

My hand got hurt...

In the Philippines, when we washed our clothes, we wash it by hands. When I got here in the United States, we used washing machine. Last two days ago, I washed the kid’s clothes by hands. Why? Well… I’m just kind a missed it. But I think it’s not a good thing to do because my hands are very sensitive. Just few clothes and my hands are hurting and feel like its burning. My husband said that I don’t need to do that but what I am supposed to do? I like to wash the kid’s clothes by hands once in awhile. I know it’s my fault but its okay. It’s just a little scratch hehe…
