I’m not crazy about eye liner. I never used it before even in my high school and college days. But I noticed some of my friends are using it. They said eyeliner can make your eyes look smoky. It highlights the shape of your eye. It draws attention and bring out your eyes more. Most women now a day’s are using eyeliner. So, I decided to buy one for me to use.
