Saving money for future baby

Thanks for the post from Al Mills

My husband and I just found out we are expecting our first child. It is probably the most excited I have been in my entire life. However, immediately after the excitement started to subside I started to realize how expensive a baby would be. I would have to buy formula, clothes, toys and diapers. Oh my, the diapers were going to probably cause us to go bankrupt. I needed to find a way to save some extra cash. With my new found worry for money, I started having the mindset that every penny mattered. I started couponing for groceries. I found the best New York Energy Rates, which helped a lot. I packed lunches and cooked all dinners. I am really starting to get the hang of saving money. I am starting to feel more and more comfortable about the little one coming. At the same time, I started to see how much money we had wasted on things we didn’t need or things we could get a lot cheaper with coupons. It’s amazing how much you can save when you put your mind to it!
