I been looking for an extra hdmi cable here in the closet because my husband told me that he put it somewhere in the bedroom, either in his closet or in the drawer, I am not sure but if we couldn‘t find it then I don‘t think we can use our desktop computer for a while. The hdmi cable is not working so we need to get a new one. At first I really don’t know what is hdmi and I did a little bit of research on it online and it really helps me a lot to understand what hdmi cable and adapter is.

This is a new photo of our 3 dogs. Cocao our pitbull and our two giant Mastiff, the stripe one is Princess and the Pawn is Thunder. They love to lay down in the grass, we just mow the lawn and they love it a lot.

Have you ever tried to sit in a very comfortable and soft seat using sheepskin? I don’t! I wish we could have one because I really love to have such a soft and comfortable sheepskin seat covers in my car. Sheepskin help you feel warm in a cold weather, you can also wear sandals and boots using the sheepskin and if you have sheepskin rugs, it will absolutely look very luxurious in your living room or anywhere you want to put it.

Our dogs love to lay down in a very comfortable soft pillows or blankets because I usually see Cocao lay down in one of Dana’s blanket. It’s not made of sheepskin but when you touch it, it is very soft and comfortable and that’s what Cocao our Pitbull like. So we decided to get him a nice pet bed pad or maybe a pet bed nest I guess that way she don’t need to lay down on my daughter’s blanket. I saw a nice pet sheepskin products online and I am pretty sure that Cocao will absolutely love her new bed!

bistro set

When the weather is nice and warm, its nice to sit down together as a couple in the bistro set outside in the backyard and have coffee, do chitchat and enjoy the sun. I saw some of our neighbors have their own bistro set outside and front of their yard. Kind a refreshing for me to see. Me and my husband has that kind of moment too. Even though I don’t drink coffee as much as he is, I can still sit down and have coffee or tea with him.

By the way, while searching bistro set online, I came across this website and they have pretty outdoor and indoor bistro set. That Layton All-Weather Wicker Balcony Chat Set is pretty nice. Wish we can have that kind of bistro set in our backyard. I would probably spend all my afternoon sitting on that chair and just relax for the day with the kids.

At first, I don't really expect that the hell of the shoes I order online is pretty high its about 4-5 inches I guess and I am not used to wear those types of shoes. So before I wear it outside, I keep practicing walking in the house that way I won't fall. The shoes was really nice, I like the design and it fits perfectly. And here is the photo of me, wearing my new black sandal. ;-)

Due to the strong wind, the brothers in the congregation decided not to do the outside cleaning today at the kingdom hall. They might do it next week if the weather is nice. Last two or three weeks ago, we did a kingdom hall cleaning and I help pull all the weeds. Some of the sisters clean inside and there are some also working outside. Of course one of the brother bring his trailer hitch to hook up one of our brothers trailer. We used it to put all the garbage and trash. That makes all the cleaning easier that way we don’t need to throw those weeds in the garbage bag.

I know its hard to be away with your family especially if you live thousand miles away. Like me, I usually talk to them online and sometimes I buy phone card online so that I can talk to them on the phone. I wish I could find an international call for free. My New Black Sandal

Got my new black shoe online at wholesale-dress.net. I paid about 30 dollars with it including the shipping. The quality is nice but I think I need to get used to it wearing this high wedges sandal. I feel inlove the first time I saw this shoe and I didn't think twice to bought it. Good thing I still have balance in my paypal. I would like to get the other one with the color pink but will see. Maybe I will find more nicer shoes than this for a great value. :-)

kids bedding

Both of my kids are sleeping in our bedroom. We have queen size bed and usually Dana my 3 year old daughter sleep in the middle and Dustin my 6 year old is in the bottom of the bed. So that means the other two bedroom we have for the kids are both empty. Usually we used it when we have a guest in the house like when my mother in law visit us here then she sleeps on Dustin’s bedroom. Dana’s bedroom only have her dresser and a crib. She’s not using the crib anymore so maybe this summer we will buy her a bed. Then on my son’s room, we will take that futon bed and transfer it at their play room that way they have someone to sit or lay down with while their playing their wii games. I found a nice queen size kids bedding online and the boys bedding sets are look nice and that Adora quilt set for girls will be perfect for my little girl.

There are many types of watch you can see in the market today. Different brands, styles, design and prices. They have some cheap ones and they have the expensive ones. So either way, you can choose any watches you like. I have a lot of watches in my dresser but I don’t wear them that much. I am not sure why but maybe I am not comfortable to wear it especially when I carry my 3 year old daughter. I only wear it occasionally. My stuffed eggplant for dinner

I was looking for my recipe book and found this stuffed eggplant recipe. I like eggplant so I decided to give it a try and see how it taste. I was so happy because it turns out really good. Its very easy and yummy. You might like to try this recipe and see for yourself.

Stuffed Eggplant Mediterranean Style

1 eggplant

1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 tsb olive oil

1 medium tomato, chopped

1/2 cup cooked rice

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground pepper

non-stick cooking spray

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Direction:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut eggplant in halves lengthwise. Hollow out the halves, chop eggplant pulp for filling. In a medium skillet, cook mushrooms, onion and chopped pulp in hot oil for 5 mins. add tomato, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice, salt and pepper.

2. Lightly coat a 2 quart square baking dish with cooking spray. Place eggplant halves, cut sides up in prepared dish. Spoon filling into eggplant halves.

3. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 10 to 15 mins more or until heated throught.

I mentioned earlier in my other post that my 6 years old son love instruments but since he is more into legos and building blocks right now, maybe we need to wait for another year or two before we buy him a piano or a drum or whatever instruments he like. We have a toddler keyboard in the house but my 3 years old daughter is the one who plays it. She is so cute when she play it because she dance and sing at the same time. Hope they will grow up loving the instruments like their daddy, eventhough I didn't see my husband playing piano or a guitar, I am sure he knows how to play it, its in their blood I guess because his younger brother is a drummer and he plays guitar when he was young. So I guess it takes time for Dustin to learn but I know he will, he is such a smart boy and he learns fast too. If ever he is ready then we might buy him this Moog Keyboards, I heard that this is a good one.

Pizza for Dinner!

Pizza is the easiest one to make for dinner. It's quick and easy especially if you already have a ready made boboli pizza. All you have to do is just add tomato sauce, any meat you like and lots of lots of cheese. Well, we have chicken ala king ranch left over last saturday for the get together party and we decided to make a chicken king ranch pizza and since we just bought ground beef, I also make ground beef with cheese pizza. It looks delicious isn't it? Now we got 2 yummy pizza for dinner! Want to have some? hehe :-)

bike rack

Everyone got a bicycle except me. My husband had that old bike that he has for along time but he never used it. The kids had their bikes since last year and I am the only one that don’t have bike. I am not sure if I still know how to ride a bicycle. Will see if I can have one. Mike said he will buy me this summer and we can bike ride together as a family. That would be so exciting. I saw some families who owns an suv and they have suv bike rack. They take their bikes wherever they go especially when they go hiking or for a family camping. It’s kind a nice set up you know because you don’t have to put the bike inside your car to fit in. You can just put in the top of your suv and you can take it wherever you go. amish furniture

It's time to get rid of our old furniture. We already gathered all the things we need to sell in the garage sale this Spring time or summer I guess. We have tons of baby clothes and old clothing for me and mike. So hopefully we can get rid of all those stuff. For now, we gathered them all in the attic and wait for next month I guess. So for now, we are planning to buy a bigger television that way the kids can use the one we have for their wii games. That means, we need a new tv stand or maybe an entertainment centers, it depends on the price if it's not too expensive and also a computer desk. I found a nice tv stands online at amishretail.com. We gave the dogs a bath while my husband is busy building the dogs kennel. The dog's love it and after their bath, they just love to lay down on the deck. They love the sunshine and the kids also having fun. Hope we always have this nice weather that way me and the kids can spend more time playing in the backyard :-)

Before I never think about how important it is to have a home security because I trusted all the people surround me. I have my family and friends but then I moved here in the United States having a new life with my husband and kids, we don‘t have relatives in the Valley and it scares me the most especially now that there are so much going on in our world. Working in the backyard

Me, my husband and the kids are being out all day yesterday. We are cleaning our backyard and we're making a kennel for the dog. My husband make a run away for the dogs that way the dogs can't get in the grass. We won't let the dog play and dug in our nice grass, we make sure we will keep it clean because this summer, we'll have a pool and barbecue party and I'm kind a excited about it. I rake, cut and pick up all the dead leaves and plants. Me and the kids are also giving the dogs a bath, it was fun, it was a nice day about 60 degrees. The dogs kennel is not done yet so my husband are trying to finish it today so we will absolutely be outside all afternoon again and maybe later we will go to Walmart to buy some few things we need. Will see...

Spring has come early in our town and I am loving this beautiful weather. The trees and flowers are blooming and the birds are singing. It’s been wonderful being able to get out and walk every day in my neighborhood. Every morning I get up and while I have my breakfast I use my satellite internet to check the weather for the day. I love seeing the forecast of sunny with no rain and a high of 80 degrees. It’s been that way for the past week and I am thinking we have put winter behind us. Not that we have had a bad winter by any stretch. It has been one of the mildest that I can remember in years. The kids only had a couple of delays for ice and didn’t miss any full days due to the weather. It’s really nice that they will actually be able to get out of school on time during the first week of June without having to make up any snow or ice days!
